When it comes to reducing our dependence on foreign oil, providing an alternative to skyrocketing gas prices and curbing climate change, the U.S. Senate did America a disservice this week when it fell 10 votes short of extending the Renewable Energy Tax Credit.

The Laboratory for Learning is beginning its second year of the Math Professional Development Initiative.
